RPG Maker MV: Alternate item and skill descriptions

Have you ever wanted to have items or skills in your RPG Maker project which have one description when seen in a shop or used in the menu, but another description when you're selecting them in battle? Of course you have, or you wouldn't be here! Well now that dream can be a terrifying reality

This plugin does exactly what it says on the tin: it provides you with a new <AltDesc> notetag you can put into an item or skill, and if that notetag is set, whatever you enter as the alt description will be displayed when that item/skill is selected in battle instead of the description from the database. Couldn't be simpler!

NOTE: This plugin will also work in RPG Maker MZ. Installing it in the plugin manager will display a warning that it may not function, but this can be safely ignored.
